What we can take off your plate.
Four areas, each quoted on its own. If what you need doesn't fit neatly into one of them, reach out anyway — we'll tell you plainly whether we can help.
Website Services
We design, build, and host modern websites on lean, secure stacks instead of bloated page builders — faster to load, fewer plugins to patch, and straightforward to update as your business grows.
- Marketing sites and landing pages
- Contact and booking flows
- Domain, DNS, and hosting setup
- Basic SEO and cookie-free analytics
- Content updates on request
One-time build, with an optional monthly plan for upkeep. How engagements work
IT Services
One place to go for the technology your business runs on, from a laptop that will not start to the firewall and Wi-Fi the whole office depends on — plus the planning that keeps the next problem from happening.
- Desktop and laptop setup, patching, and troubleshooting
- Microsoft 365, email, and user accounts
- Printers, peripherals, and business applications
- Routers, firewalls, switching, and business Wi-Fi
- VPN and secure remote access
- Backups, recovery checks, and technology planning
Scoped and quoted per job — no retainer required. How engagements work
Personal Assisting
The tasks that keep getting pushed to the evening, handled by someone else: your inbox triaged, your calendar managed, appointments and travel booked, and the follow-ups actually followed up on.
- Inbox triage and drafted replies
- Calendar management and scheduling
- Appointment, travel, and reservation booking
- Data entry, documents, and spreadsheets
- Research and vendor quotes
- Client follow-up and reminders
Monthly hours or hourly, whichever suits the workload. How engagements work
How engagements work
Website work — one-time or monthly
Build and hand off
Designed and built before you pay a thing — you approve the finish, then it moves to you.
- Design and build completed before any payment
- Short round of fine-tuning together
- Domain, hosting, and every account moved to your name once approved
Upkeep
Optional. Keeps the site online, patched, and backed up after handoff.
- Hosting, SSL, and domain renewals
- Security and dependency updates
- Website files kept backed up
Social media and personal assisting — ongoing
Social media management
An agreed number of posts and platforms each month, planned ahead and published on schedule.
- Posting volume and platforms fixed in writing before the month starts
- Comment, review, and message replies within the agreed accounts
- A short monthly report, and a rolling agreement you can end with notice
Personal assisting
A block of hours each month, or hourly when the workload is uneven.
- A set number of hours per month, or straight hourly billing
- Unused hours do not roll over — the block buys availability, not a credit
- Access limited to the accounts you grant, revocable at any time
IT services — quoted per job
Scoped before it starts
A short call or an assessment first, then a written scope and quote. Work never starts on a guess.
Fixed price or hourly
Fixed for defined projects like a migration or an install. Hourly where the work is open-ended, such as troubleshooting.
No retainer required
Pay for the piece of work you need. Nothing recurring, and no contract to get out of later.
Upkeep covers the site staying online and patched, not changes to it. New content, pages, and design work are quoted per request either way, with no fixed turnaround unless agreed in writing.
The content and design are yours either way — leave the monthly plan and the files are handed over, with help moving hosting.
Ongoing work runs month to month and can be ended with notice. Any access granted for social or assisting work is yours to revoke the moment it stops.
What happens after you reach out
No cost or commitment until there's a written price.
- 1
Get in touch
Describe what you need in your own words. No long form to fill in.
- 2
A short call
Fifteen minutes or so to understand the situation and whether this is something we can genuinely help with.
- 3
Scope and quote
A written scope and price, sent before any work begins. Nothing is committed until you agree to it.
- 4
Work and handover
The work gets done, then explained in plain language — what changed, and what it means for you.
Not sure which of these you need?
Describe what's piling up in your own words and we'll point you at the right starting place.
Social Media Management
We take the posting calendar off your desk: content planned ahead, published on a consistent schedule, comments and messages answered, and a plain monthly read on what actually moved.
Monthly, on a rolling basis — no long-term contract. How engagements work
